How To make money from home And Create A Real Business With Simple Emails

There is a way to make money from home using other people’s lists. The beauty of this system is that it allows you to progress from nothing to big profit really fast, without the usual investments!  You have heard it before for sure, and it is correct.  The money is in the list.  It is true! Stranger still, is the fact that you do not have to own the list!  I am going to describe a simple 4-step method you can use in the next 3 days to bring in an income of $2500 – $5000 or more just by using other people’s list.

The most important tool that you will be using in this money-making system is the email address.  Do not discount the value of the simple email address. Almost everyone has an email address these days, and it is just about impossible to fill out any form for important business without an email address. Here are the steps that you’ll follow to make money from home in about 24 hours or so.

1.  Find a product to sell

2.  Get hosting, a Landing Page,  and Auto-responder set up

3.  Get an amazing sales-pulling email written

4.  Send Your emails out to someone Else’s  list

Let us go through each step in more details now.

 

A. Make Money From Home Step 1 – Find a product to sell

 

There are several major niches or markets where you can easily make money from home by selling to these people. These large niches are the “making money niche”, “weight loss niche”, and the Health care and dating niches. You can check places such as ClickBank, Paydotcom.com, and even the Warriorforum.com to get ideas.  Your goal is to find a product that will pay you a reasonable

commission of $30 or more.   I prefer ClickBank because I will have more opportunities to make money from the same sale, and the commission rate can be as high as 70%. I recommend them to you also.  If you search Clickbank.com for a product, look for  one that has a high gravity, as this means that other affiliates are selling this product, people are buying it, and your chances of using it to make money from home will improve significantly. So far, there is no cost to find a product. You’ll just be spending quality time in your new business.

Make Money From Home Step 2 – Get hosting, landing page, and auto-responder

 

This is a very important step. What you are going to do here,is to present a very professional image to your prospective customers. You will want to appear knowledgable and professional. The only way to do this is to present a good looking, well-done web page, with nice graphics, privacy page, and a well-written call to action. This added step can be the real clincher for your new business.  People want to be associated with a professional who knows more than they do, not a newbie who is struggling to find his footing. Getting someone who is very experienced to do this for you will be money well spent.

Frankly, once you understand the difference that professionalism makes to your business, you can adjust your mindset immediately, to become that person.  Once you ‘get it’, your chance of success increases exponentially because you are already sold on you.  Your self-confidence will come through to your prospective customers and they will want to do business with you too.

Ok, so let us talk about getting your landing page, and auto-responder.  If you know how to set up these, chances are you don’t need this article because you are already a marketer. It is more likely that you do not know how to set up these.  The thing to do, is to find someone who can set up these for you right away.  What you will need to do, is to buy or rent the tools, then pay an expert to have them put these together for you.

For hosting, I recommend Hostgator (Use this coupon: AC25PERCENTOFF) Hostgator offers unlimited domain hosting at a very reasonable cost.  You need hosting. You cannot avoid this step, so don’t scrimp on this. Besides, you will never want to put your landing page on free webpages! People will smell ‘newbie’ from a mile away and avoid your business.  Hosting should cost about $10.00/month. Discounts are worthwhile when you prepay for 6 months or more.

Many people swear by Aweber auto-responders.  I like them too. It is easier to set up and again, your first month is free.  These are the reasons why I highly recommend AWeber. Oh, and most importantly, aweber has a high delivery rate. If you are going to use emails to make money from home, you will want to make sure that your emails get through to the people you are selling to.

Aweber has this locked down so, that is another reason I recommend them.  An auto-responder will allow you to follow up with your prospects and sell them something later.  Once you’ve set up your hosting and auto-responder, you now want to hire someone to do a very good landing page with a few emails setup in your autoresponder.  I think  you should expect to pay about $100 – $200 for this.  You can check out fiverr.com, warriorforum.com (warriors for hire section), zeerk.com, or elance.com.

There are many places to find people to do this, but I recommend the warriorforum and fiverr.  Remember you will want to have someone set up your auto-responder and your landing page, so that they match the product you will be selling.  Everything must link together and flow naturally so your customers will be comfortable buying from you.  Ok, so if you have done the above steps, you may have paid $200 so far.

 

Make Money from Home Step 3:  Get Someone To Write A Superior Sales-Getting Email

 

This is a very important step in your quest to make money from home. Your sales letter is your first and most important interaction with your prospective clients. They will see your sales letter, and immediately create a mental picture of what you are trying to sell them. Good copywriters understand this, and will help you create a very good sales letter. Go to the same place where you found a person to create your landing page.

Again, be prepared to pay about $300 for a good sales letter.  Good copy writing (as it is called) can cost up to $5,000 for a sales page. At this point you may not be able to afford that, but do the best you can.  Don’t settle for a poor sales letter. When you read the letter, it must move you to want the product, or else get it re-done until you are satisfied.  I’ll assume that you will pay about  $250 for this.

Before I move move, let me explain why you want to pay someone to write an email for you. A good sales letter (which is what your email is) can get up to 50% open rate!  This means that if you send your letter to 10,000 email addresses, up to 5,000 people can open your letter if it is very good. However, expect an open rate of between 2% to 10%.   Your conversion rate will be lower, but we will show you how your auto-responder can help you to increase those odds and put more money into your pocket, every time you mail it out.

 

Make Money From Home Step 4 – Mailing Out Your Offers

 

Now, you are finally ready to mail out your offers to your prospects. The best way to find a list to mail to, is to rent access to a list that is already created.  We recommend this, because doing so also allows you to piggyback onto the goodwill of the person who owns the list. When you use these rented lists, the emails literally come from the owners of the lists, not you. This is a good thing. Here is why!

When a person receives an email from a list owner, where the receiver has voluntarily subscribed to that list, there is a level of trust that has been developed between both parties.  The person sending out the email on your behalf will implicitly endorse your offer.  That is what they do.  It is good business for the list owner because if you get a good response you will do business with that list owner again.

It is good business for you because you get some of the goodwill of the list owner, and the subscriber trust your list owner so they will open your email with an open mind, not with apprehension!

It can be difficult to find list owners who are willing to send out emails on your behalf. It is worth your investment.  I know, because I purchased my membership to his Directory over a year now!

So far, let us tally your expenses:

$210 for your landing page and auto-responder setup
$250 for your sales email creation
$197  for the Directory of Ezines membership

To set up this business, you have paid approximately $657.00.  There are very few viable businesses that you can set up for this kind of money.  You certainly cannot set up an off-line business for this kind of money.

Now you are ready to mail your offers.

Spend some time going through the DoE (directory of ezines).  Find ezines that target the niche that you are selling to.  Come up with a plan for mailing out your offer.  Conservatively, you will spend about $150 per mailing.  Mailing lists can be from 20,000 to 200,000 members. Remember, that you will be using this same email, landing page, and auto-responder series over and over again.  By the time you have exhausted its use, you should have mailed to at least 1 million people.  Let me take you through the first mailing.

 

Make Money From Home By Working The Numbers

 

Internet Marketing is a numbers game. All you need is enough qualified prospects seeing your message and you will make money.  So let us assume that you just sent out your first mail to 100,000 list and you are selling a product that will pay you $40 in commission.  You paid the list owner $150.00 for the solo advert (Only use Solo ads), and your conversion rate (people who buy) is about .2% of all the people on the mailing list.  So now, you have just made (100,000 X .2% x $40) $8,000.  Your expenses were:

$210.00 (landing page, hosting,  and auto-responder setup)
$250.00 (initial email set-up and a few follow up messages)
$197.00 (Directory of Ezines membership)
$150.00 (your very first mailing to 100k people)

Your Profit so far: $7,197.00

This system will work as long as you set it up correctly. It is best to do some reading on the process before you set it in motion, but what I have described to you is a plan that has worked time and time again for many marketers all over the world.
